About Me.
I am both a massage therapist and a psychological counselor with a focus on somatic coaching and embodiment work.
My expertise lies at the interface of body and psyche and the fascinating fact that we as humans can specifically influence our psychological well-being through our bodies.
What power and what freedom!
I have found my calling in bodywork and my profession in massage. I love this work and am grateful every day to be able to do it.
For me, massage is meditation in motion - an immersion in “the space in between” where magic happens. The magic of well-being and recalibration.
If that seems too “woo-woo” for you: my philosophical reflections on bodywork are reflected in many scientific findings, studies and concepts.
Competence is key.
However, true mastery lies in personal presence.
My touch is defined by mindfulness and non-intentionality, by physical presence and versatility.
